Welcome to Spectrum Stained Glass Studios.  I have been creating beautiful stained glass windows  and Tiffany style lamps since 1975. These creations are custom made to fit your lifestyle and environment.   My expertise does not end there; I originally started as a wood cabinet and furniture maker, but found stained glass along the journey and have been addicted to it ever since.  I do custom designs for homes, churches, restaurants and businesses.  Stained glass is one of the most classical styles of art and a very elegant way to update or enhance your home or business.  I hope you enjoy my work as much as I enjoy creating it and I look forward to assisting you with your project.  Take your time and look through my various window designs and let me know what you think.
Spectrum Stained Glass Studio is located on the shores of scenic Lake Washington just a mile west of Dassel, Minnesota.  I use the traditional method of stained glass window creation where each project is created by hand to fit a specific location.  I use the lead and copper foil methods of window assembly.  The process includes the drawing of a full size cartoon or pattern and then each piece of the pattern is created in glass.  When all the pieces are finished, the window is assembled, soldered and finished with patina or putty.
